During this session on January 27, 2010, we focused on Corporate Governance Developments.
The Corporate Governance Developments panel addressed recent regulatory and legislative developments in corporate governance, other than issues related directly to executive compensation. The program also provided practical insights and guidance for boards of directors in understanding and dealing with the changing corporate governance landscape.
