M&A in the Boardroom (Milwaukee, WI)

The Web conference highlighted the role of the board of directors in M&A transactions, focusing on communication between management and the board, the board’s role in evaluation of the transaction, effective strategies for integration of an acquired company, and the keys to being a successful buyer or seller. The panel also explored current M&A trends.
