China's Role in Regulating the Global Information Economy

The Hon. Sharon R. Barner, Foley IP Litigation Partner and Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the USPTO (2009-2011), will speak at the Oregon Review of International Law’s 5th Annual Symposium: China’s Role in Regulating the Global Information Economy on April 8, 2011 at the University of Oregon School of Law. Ms. Barner will deliver a presentation titled “China’s Intellectual Property Regulations: Transformative Leadership or Trojan Horse.”
