Foley Partner Paul Broude spoke at the Innovation Development Institute’s SBIR Assets Forum on December 8-9, 2011 in Boston.
Mr. Broude presentation, “Strategic Partnerships: Let’s Make a Deal”, reviewed the various factors that might influence the type of transaction, based on the goals and needs of each party and the stage of development of the SBIR awardee.
Mr. Broude also spoke on how SBIR awardees can most effectively select outside professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and consultants.
