Dallas CPA Society Member Appreciation CPE Series
October 27, 2015
Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm’s Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team, will present “Ethical Issues Regarding Cyber Security” at the upcoming Dallas CPA Society Member Appreciation CPE Series.
Cyber-attacks are affecting businesses around the world, which means that all CPAs have to be aware of the legal risks for their clients. There are ethical concerns now confronting CPAs for which they have not been trained and, as a result, are ill-prepared. This presentation will help give CPAs a better understanding of the cyber risks and related ethical considerations.
