Attorney Taylor White presented “Update on OSHA Regulations and Enforcement” at the American Society Safety Engineers Meeting in Corpus Christi, Texas.
This discussion covered recent developments regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s proposed revisions to several of its standards. How to handle OSHA investigations in light of these new developments was also discussed.
