ROXIN Alliance Annual Meeting 2016

The conference will discuss global business crime enforcement and challenges for companies. The event will focus on crisis situations under criminal law in which senior employees are confronted with a multitude of challenges due to existing risks of sanctions and risks to their reputation.

Simon will be leading a discussion on the enforcement trends of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as part of the session, “Responding to Exterritorial Anti-Bribery Enforcement.”
