Partner David W. Simon will travel to Munich, Germany, to deliver a presentation on recent developments in United States law with respect to enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws. His presentation is part of an event entitled Internationaler Strafrechtstag: Internationale Korruption – aus Sicht der Strafverteidigung (International Criminal Law Day: International Corruption – From the Perspective of Criminal Defense), hosted by the German Defense Counsel Association and law firm Deutsche Strafverteidiger e.V. in Munich, Germany.
