Foley Partner Nathaniel Lacktman, Chair of the firm’s Telemedicine Industry Team, will present at the Kentucky Telehealth Summit 2018 in Midway, Kentucky on May 24, 2018. His presentation is titled, “Kentucky Telehealth Legal and Policy Issues in 2018 and Beyond.”
The 2018 Summit, hosted by the Kentucky Office of Rural Health and the Kentucky Telehealth Network, includes a wide range of current and relevant topics for telehealth providers, including: health systems, school-based programs, reimbursement and payment, behavioral health, and addressing the opioid crisis with telemedicine.
