CRO Partnership & Oversight Excellence

Foley Special Counsel Kyle Faget, a member of the Health Care as well as the Telemedicine and Digital Health Industry Teams, was a speaker at the CRO Partnership & Oversight Excellence conference in Boston, Massachusetts. Her presentation, titled “Legal Considerations in First Time CRO Contracts – Pitfalls, Risks and Protections,” will be on Thursday, March 7th at 9:30 a.m., and she will be joined by Masha Chstukhin, an Associate Director at Sanofi Genzyme.

Their presentation will discuss how to navigate standard service charges in contracts, how to master the RFP process, how to establish bonus-based incentives, and how to uncover common negotiation strategies to set a strong bargaining position from the start.
