2nd Annual Virtual Clinical Trials

Foley Partner Monica Chmielewski and Special Counsel Kyle Faget, members of the firm’s Health Care, Telemedicine, and Digital Health Industry Team, will be speaking at the 2^nd Annual Virtual Clinical Trials conference taking place May 19^th and 20^th. Their presentation, titled “Navigating the Legal and Regulatory Considerations of a Decentralized Trial,” will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 20^th, and cover Federal and State regulation of technology and the use thereof for the provision of patient services, PI Licensure, establishment of patient relations, permitted modalities/technology, among other related topics.
