Foley Partner Aaron Tantleff, a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice, joins the faculty for a California Lawyers Association (CLA) webinar aimed at providing California lawyers with an introduction to privacy law concepts and issues that intersect with commercial cannabis and hemp. Throughout the online education session, “Privacy Law Issues Confronting the Cannabis and Hemp Economy,” attendees will learn how to spot privacy law issues in cannabis and hemp commerce and how best to analyze and approach these scenarios.
