Since January 20, 2025, federal courts have been at the center of health policy. This session examines how post-Loper decisions are resetting the ground rules for the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ); how executive actions are faring under judicial review; and which disputes are most likely to shape coverage, funding, compliance, and access to care in the year ahead.
