Jeffrey N. Costakos is a retired trial and appellate lawyer with over 30 years’ experience litigating complex patent and intellectual property cases before courts throughout the United States. Jeff was chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and was a member of the Patent Office Trials Group.
