The authors discuss the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision to affirm a lower court’s dismissal of an Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) pension withdrawal liability claim in the case of Graphic Communications International Union (GCIU) Employer Retirement Fund v. The Goldfarb Corporation. Foley represented Goldfarb in the case discussed.
