Ms. Wagonhurst is speaking on April 22, 2009 from 10:30 a.m.-11:45 am. Her session is titled “Emerging Enforcement of Quality of Care and Compliance Solutions.” This presentation will provide an overview of the following three prong approach by the government in addressing quality of care:
- Pay for performance;
- Public reporting and data mining; and
- Recent trends in enforcement activity.
The session will also address the practical steps of how to integrate quality of care into a provider’s compliance program and how toavoid False Claims Act liability.
