Gardere's Departure from Thanksgiving Tower Highlighted In The Dallas Morning News

The Dallas Morning News highlighted Gardere's planned departure from its 25-year-old home in the downtown Thanksgiving tower to relocate to Crescent Real Estate Holding LLC's new McKinney & Olive tower in 2016.
Gardere Chair Holland N. O'Neil said the Firm was influenced by where its competitors were located. "We are in the service business, and there is a lot to be said for reputation and how the Firm is perceived in the market," she said. "If you look at our competitors and where they are moving, that was a big influence for us."
