Foley & Lardner LLP acted as U.S. counsel to Absolunet, a professional services firm specializing in e-commerce and digital transformations, in its sale to Valtech, a global leader in digital services and business transformation.
The acquisition of Absolunet will strategically enhance Valtech’s mission to build and deliver transformative digital solutions for the world’s leading brands by reinforcing its leadership on many of the major commerce platforms in the market, including Adobe, Salesforce, commerce tools, Optimizely, SAP, and VTEX. In addition, Absolunet will help Valtech expand its expertise in customer experience strategy, marketing automation, data analytics, personalization, merchandising, product information management (PIM), order management (OMS), digital asset management (DAM), and media networks orchestration. Through Valtech’s worldwide network of innovators and creatives, this partnership will enable clients to re-imagine the customer journey and build new connected experiences on a global scale.
