Frank E. Pasquesi is a health care and business litigation lawyer, with a particular skillset assisting clients in managing their overall legal exposure and navigating complex disputes to achieve their business objectives.  He is the managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office, a member of the firm’s management committee, and former vice chair of the firm’s national Litigation Department.

Frank regularly represents public companies in high-profile federal lawsuits and arbitrations on a wide variety of matters in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmacy, health care, pharmaceutical, financial services, and retail industries. Frank is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations Practice and the firm’s Strategic Health Care Sector.

Previously, Frank served as senior vice president of litigation and assistant general counsel at CVS Health Corporation, where he reported to the CEO and held enterprise-wide responsibility for litigation and oversaw a broad spectrum of legal areas and matters, including commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, employment litigation and intellectual property. Additionally, he handled matters involving consumer fraud and consumer protection statutes, securities and shareholder derivate claims, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and privacy issues, Drug Enforcement Agency regulatory requirements, and disputes arising from contractual relationships with clients, pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers and vendors.
