Garmer, Rothman Honored for Client Service Skills by BTI Consulting Firm.
Foley announced today that Benjamin F. Garmer III and Jay O. Rothman, attorneys in the firm’s Business Law Department, have been named to the 2008 BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms. This is the second consecutive year that Rothman has been recognized.
“Ben and Jay have always made it a priority to develop strong relationships with their clients, with the goal of providing the best legal service possible,” said Nancy J. Sennett, office managing partner of the firm’s Milwaukee office. “Their recognition as BTI Client Service All-Stars reflects our firm’s commitment to serving the best interests of our clients.”
The BTI Client Service All-Star Team honors individual attorneys whom corporate counsel identify as providing outstanding client service to Fortune 1000 clients. Attorneys are nominated for being highly responsive to the client’s individual goals; providing strategic legal advice in the context of client-specific issues; going above and beyond the call of duty to deliver results; and having an exceptional understanding of the client’s business.
To compile the list, the BTI Consulting Group surveyed more than 250 individual corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies on the quality of service they receive from their lawyers. The 2008 BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms lists the 148 individual attorneys from 113 law firms that corporate counsel believe provide the best service. Foley Madison partner Bradley D. Jackson was also recognized this year.
