Davis discusses the rising bankruptcies in Florida’s Middle District, noting that one Jacksonville lender has decided not to bring any foreclosure actions against good borrowers. He adds that lenders recognize that bankruptcy is a lose-lose proposition and are generally working with their business borrowers.
