Foley Partner Steve Vazquez was quoted in an article titled “Lazy Days to limit disclosures” in the July 24, 2009 issue of the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Vazquez discusses Lazy Days R.V. Center’s decision to stop filing public reports of ongoing negotiations with its debtors. He adds that opting out of reporting requirements, or “going dark,” could save companies $100,000 to $200,000 a year on the salary of an employee who prepares the filings, as well as legal and accounting reviews.
