Foley Of Counsel Barry Grossman was quoted in an article titled “UW tops UWM, 117-3, in patent game” in the January 16, 2010 issue of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Grossman discusses successful models for Wisconsin water-technology start-ups, stating that from research should come patents, companies, jobs and economic development. He adds that southeastern Wisconsin is still a few years away from a vigorous innovation economy but it is moving in the right direction.
