Quick Quoted on 2010 Deal Market

Foley Partner Patrick Quick was quoted in an article that appeared on Corporate Finance Law360 titled “Deal Lawyers’ Wish List for 2010.” Quick discusses the recovering deal market in 2010, stating that whatever can be done to encourage lending would be good for mergers and acquisitions. He adds that people have been interested in doing deals but there just is not money there, particularly on the private equity side.
