Foley Partners Patrick Daugherty and Todd Pfister were quoted in an article titled “In-house lawyers weigh in on their jobs, how they’ve changed” in the March 11, 2010 issue of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Daugherty and Pfister participated in a panel with in-house attorneys as part of Foley’s National Directors Institute to discuss the expanded roles of company legal officers in recent years. They discussed the trend of corporations reducing the number of outside law firms they use and asked company legal officers what they look for from outside law firms.
