Foley Partner Jon Dudas was quoted in an article that appeared in the July/August 2010 issue of Intellectual Asset Management titled “The State of Play.” Dudas discusses the increased perception of patent quality at each of the world’s largest five patent offices, stating that this perception could be the result of increased collaboration and sharing of best practices between major offices over the last few years. He adds that the perception of quality will increase and the differences in perceived quality among the offices will diminish as cooperation continues between the five patent offices.
