Rosen Quoted on Johnson & Johnson

Foley Partner David Rosen was quoted in an article that appeared in CNN Money on July 23, 2010 titled “Pepcid factory problems mirror Tylenol mess.” Rosen discusses citations issued to a Johnson & Johnson manufacturing plant for a pattern of quality lapses similar to those seen at the company’s shuttered Tylenol plant.
