Rosen Quoted on FDA Compliance Regulations

Foley Partner David Rosen was quoted in an article that appeared in CNNMoney on August 24, 2010 titled “Recall fallout: FDA puts execs on notice.” Rosen discusses increased efforts by the Food and Drug Administration to identify and potentially prosecute executives at companies that have issued a number of recalls due to manufacturing violations. He states that the FDA is developing a tougher compliance attitude because companies are ignoring warnings from the agency, adding that it appears the FDA wants to send a clearer message regarding regulation and compliance.
