Konski Quoted on hESC Funding

Foley Partner Antoinette Konski was quoted in an article that appeared in Drug Discovery News on September 2, 2011 titled “Stem Cell Case is Dismissed.” Konski discusses a federal judge’s dismissal of a case seeking to end government funding for human embryonic stem cell research (hESC). She summarizes the decision as a validation of the National Institute of Health’s guidelines regarding stem cell research, adding that it removed a great deal of uncertainty around federal funding of hESC.
