Timothy Crisp Interview on WTDY InBusiness Radio
Foley Partner Timothy Crisp was interviewed for a radio segment that aired on WTDY InBusiness Radio on November 8, 2011. Crisp discusses the changes in U.S. banking as a result of the Dodd-Frank Act. He states that the act significantly affected the mortgage industry by stipulating the types of risks that banks can take on as well as acceptable practices for mortgage brokers and loan originators. Crisp adds that outside of its impact on home ownership, the Act provides stability to banks by preventing them from taking on imprudent risks.
