Trkla Quoted on CME Group/MF Global

Foley Partner Kathryn Trkla was quoted in an article that appeared in the Chicago Tribune on November 9, 2011 titled “Should CME Group have flagged MF Global shortfall?” Trkla discusses whether CME Group failed in its role to properly audit broker-dealer MF Global Inc. She states that audits only reflect a financial situation at a point in time and that CME fulfilled its role to protect the market.
