Partner Gardner Davis discussed Trailer Bridge Inc.’s bankruptcy reorganization plan, stating that the company plans to emerge from Chapter 11 by the end of March 2012. Davis, acting as debtor counsel for Trailer Bridge, added that the company reached an agreement with major noteholders that calls for secured creditors to be paid in full for their claims.
