The Dallas Business Journal interviewed Gardere's Managing Partner Steve Good regarding the decrease in employment of attorneys at most large North Texas law firms. "I think people are just trying to be more conservative," Mr. Good said. "You want to make sure that your staffing levels are consistent with your business."
