Edmondson Quoted on Federal Discrimination Lawsuit

Partner Joseph Edmondson discussed a federal discrimination lawsuit filed by a group of deaf and hard-of-hearing inmates in Maryland who claim they are denied access to phones and technology that would allow them to contact friends and family. Edmondson, who is working on a pro bono basis to represent the inmates, said the case has been filed to give the inmates access to videophones and effect additional change that will address their federally protected rights.
