He stated that the mood at the deal signing was joyous for everyone. The firm’s involvement in this deal follows on the heels of its successful representation of Rangers Baseball Express LLC in its acquisition of the Texas Rangers, and the Ricketts family in its acquisition of the Chicago Cubs.
