The RT network discussed a Texas couple's award of $13.8 million by a jury in a defamation lawsuit with Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team.
"It's pretty significant," Mr. Vogel said. "People cannot hide behind the First Amendment and say anything they want."
