E-Commerce Times spoke to Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team about the tough decision the jury in Oracle v. Google has on its hands.
"There is simply no way to know what questions the jury has decided at this point and how they are thinking," Mr. Vogel said.
