CBS 11 News interviewed Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel about "social media wills."
"It makes sense that we would want to have someone designated," says Mr. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team. "I think it would be wise for anybody who wants to save their social media content to put together some kind of electronic document that clearly delineates who ought to be responsible in case that person becomes ill or dies."
