Austin American-Statesman Interviews Partner Steve Camp on Credit Lending Case

Banking and Finance Partner Steve Camp spoke to the Austin American-Statesman about new regulations on credit lending imposed by the City of Austin. Mr. Camp's client, Rubicon Equity Partners LLC, filed suit June 14.
"Rubicon believes that it has constitutional and statutory rights relating to the ability of the city to regulate loans that are offered by a credit access business, and we fully intend to pursue this case," says Mr. Camp.
