Fifth Circuit Affirms Dismissal of FCA Suit Against Client of Partner Bill Whitehill

Law360 published an article detailing the False Claims Act (FCA) suit brought against Integrated Coast Guard Systems (ICGS), a joint venture of Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding Inc. and Lockheed Martin Corp. A three-judge panel affirmed U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor's decision to dismiss the claims.
