Partner David Simon was quoted in the October 30, 2012 article in Compliance Week titled “Not All Third-Party Risks are Created Equally.” The article discusses the greater risk of third-party liability in distributor relationships, compared to agents and resellers, in such areas as FCPA violations because companies have less oversight (e.g., audit rights, training) with distributor relationships.
