Karlyn and Overly Publish Book on IT Contracting

Foley Partners Matthew A. Karlyn and Michael R. Overly authored a CRC Press book titled “A Guide to IT Contracting: Checklists, Tools, and Techniques.” The book provides non-legal professionals with the tools to address IT contracting issues, including checklists to help readers organize key concepts for ready reference; aids for contract drafting; and references to helpful online resources.
