Partner David Simon was quoted in a Crain’s Chicago Business article on February 25, 2013 titled “The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act isn’t new – but beefed-up enforcement is.” The article discusses increased enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Services Act. Simon notes that Foley has standardized many of its FCPA services and fee arrangements.
