Gardere Represents Boardwalk in Deal with Williams for Development of Bluegrass Pipeline
Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP represented Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP in connection with execution of joint venture documentation with The Williams Companies Inc. for the development of the Bluegrass Pipeline. The project includes construction of a natural gas liquids pipeline from Marcellus and Utica producing areas in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania to interconnect with Boardwalk's Texas Gas Transmission system; conversion of a portion of the Texas Gas system to NGL service; and construction of a new large-scale fractionation plant and NGL storage facilities in Louisiana. The parties are also exploring development of a new export liquefied petroleum gas terminal and related facilities on the Gulf Coast.
