Partner Selig Sacks was quoted in a Newsweek article on October 14, 2013 titled “Build It And They Still Won’t Come.” The article discusses China’s vacancy problem after the Chinese pumped hundreds of billions of Yuan into building tech parks and developing urban centers over the last decade.
