Foley was selected in the first stage of evaluation as a result of a rigorous process where more than 700 corporations and professionals were nominated for transactions across the United States and around the globe. An independent panel of judges will select the winners who will be announced at the 12th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala on December 17, 2013.
