Noller Quoted in Compliance Week

Partner Lisa Noller was quoted in a December 2013 Compliance Week article titled “Analytics, Whistleblowers Drive Surge in Enforcement Activity.” The article discusses the increase in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases, hordes of whistleblower complaints, and a renewed focus by the government on financial and accounting fraud that caused big compliance headaches in 2013 and how they are expected to intensify in 2014. Noller was quoted saying, “That is something to watch for in 2014.”
