Senior Counsel Aaron Tantleff was quoted in an article appearing in the December 5, 2013 issue of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin titled “Mobile app? Tantleff was quoted saying, “The first question that lots of clients ask is: ‘What kinds of information can a mobile application collect?’ And then the questions also come, invariably, ‘What are you doing with the data? How long are you saving it? Who are you sharing it with?’”
