Partner David Rosen was quoted in an article published in Business Insider on April 18, 2014, titled “Why America Needs This Dangerous New Painkiller.” The article discusses Zohydro, a new hydrocodone painkiller, and the sharp criticism it has drawn because of the potential for abuse since it does not yet have tamper-resistant technology that would make it more difficult to crush and snort. Rosen was quoted saying, “”With respect to having a product available for use for chronic pain, when the drug is used appropriately, yes, this is a good call.”
