Partner Lisa Noller was quoted in an Inside Counsel article, “New Attorney General Nominee Safe, Historic Choice,” on November 12, 2014. The article discusses President Obama’s nomination of Loretta Lynch for U.S. Attorney General and Lynch’s background as a member of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank. Noller was quoted saying, “This tells us she is savvy about financial markets, that she understands the toll the mortgage crisis took on the country. She’s not tone deaf. Other potential candidates focused on political corruption, but Lynch has her head to the ground in the financial sector.”
